These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of The Secret Recipe. By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products and Ingredients

• All products offered by The Secret Recipe are homemade, crafted using 100% pure chocolate and high-quality, natural ingredients, without any preservatives or artificial additives.
• While we make every effort to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, sizes, and images, there may be minor variations due to the handmade nature of our products.
• Allergens: Our products may contain traces of nuts, dairy, gluten, or other allergens. Customers are advised to check ingredient details before purchase.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed directly through our official website.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Payment must be made through secure payment gateways integrated on the Site.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of non-availability, incorrect pricing, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver to select locations across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination.
• All products are shipped with utmost care to maintain freshness and quality.
• Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external factors beyond our control.
• Since our products are perishable, customers are requested to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been shipped.
• If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@thesecretrecipe.in along with photos for verification.
• After review, we may issue a refund or replacement at our sole discretion.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including recipes, text, graphics, images, and logos displayed on the Site are the exclusive property of The Secret Recipe.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent from us.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to misuse, copy, or interfere with any functionality of the Site.
• Not to post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
• To provide accurate and truthful information while placing an order.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in preparing and delivering our products, The Secret Recipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our Site or consumption of our products. Our Liability, in all circumstances, remains limited within the respective order amount received by us.  

9. Disclaimer

All products are made fresh to order using natural and high quality ingredients. We do not claim any medical or health benefits. Taste, texture, and color may slightly vary due to natural variations in ingredients and baking conditions. Though we do not add any preservatives to the products, we do not claim non existence of the preservatives, which are already added into the ingredients that we use.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We ensure your data is secure and used only for order processing and communication related to our offers and services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
