Yes! Every product is handcrafted at home in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and that perfect homemade taste with a modern twist.

3. Do you use any preservatives or artificial flavors?

Never. We believe in pure, honest baking. All our products are made with natural ingredients only, without any chemicals, artificial flavors, or synthetic preservatives. 

4. What kind of chocolate do you use?

We use 100% pure chocolate of the highest quality to ensure a rich, authentic taste in every bite.

5. How can I place an order?

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund. After 1 hour, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as we start preparing them fresh.

7. Do you accept returns or offer refunds for damaged items?

Since our desserts are perishable, we do not accept returns. We take utmost care in packaging, but since we depend on the 3rd party logistics to deliver your order, we are not liable for any damage or spoilage caused during transit, as it is beyond our control. 

8. What is the shelf life of your products?

Most of our desserts stay fresh for 2–3 days when stored in an airtight container in a cool and dry place, preferably in a refrigerator. Brownies and cookies can be refrigerated to extend freshness slightly longer.

We currently deliver to select locations across India, ensuring safe packaging and reliable logistics. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
